TVP chunks or soya chunks as they are more commonly known are made from 100% soya beans. Sold per 100g

Our Textured Vegetable Protein chunks, or soya chunks, are a wonderful vegetarian and vegan substitute for chicken or meat chunks.

Cooking instructions:

Add soya chunks to boiling water and cook it until soya chunk doubles in its size (around 5 minutes). Drain water completely and rinse the cooked soya chunks in cold running water for 2 to 3 minutes. Squeeze out the water completely and use it in your dish either cut or whole.
