Macaroni is dry pasta shaped like narrow tubes. Made with durum wheat, macaroni is commonly cut in short lengths; curved macaroni may be referred to as elbow macaroni. It is sometimes called Gromotini.
Cooking Instructions: To begin cooking the Pasta, fill a large pot with water and bring it to boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water along with some salt and cook the pasta in the boiling water. Cook until the pasta is al dente (just cooked with a firm bite) , this will take about easy 10-12 minutes of your time. Drain the boiled pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water. Rinsing with cold water is an important step to stop the cooking process of pasta so it will continue to have a firm bite and remain “Al Dente”.
