This is a wonderful example of China’s national drink. Jasmine blossoms are added to the partially-oxidized leaf during the drying process, a method used for some 1000 years. A high quality tea is picked and most of the buds are removed after scenting to create a more gentle and mellow jasmine tea.
Ingredients: Green tea (half-oxidized tea) with Jasmine blossoms.
