Arborio White Rice. Originating in Asia, rice is the most common staple crop. This Arborio rice is excellent for risotto or paella dishes, and even rice pudding, as this large-grained short rice readily absorbs liquids & flavours.
Cooking Instructions; Rinse in cold water. Use 1 cup rice: 2 cups water. (Stock if preferred) Bring to the boil, then simmer slowly in a covered pan for 40 minutes.
