We are now offering Local and National Delivery via Post/Courier and Local Delivery and Collection in these uncertain times. Quantities and Basket

Most Food products are sold by weight and unpackaged in our shop. AS a result we sell by 10 or 100g and pack in paper bags. Please choose each item and add to your Basket then alter the amount there.  For example if you want 300g of Kidney Beans as we sell by 100g you need to choose 3 amounts of Kidney Beans either when you choose the item or in the Basket.

Shipping & Delivery

We have a variable shipping rate based on delivery locations in the UK (to reflect our delivery costs). For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands we charge £10. For the rest of the UK we charge £8.00 postage.

Collection instore incurs a £2.00 packing fee. Local delivery within the Worcester area costs £5.00, including the packing fee, and further delivery such as Pershore, Malvern, Droitwich etc incurs a delivery fee of £8.00

Once your order has been made we will pick and pack it within 2 working days (in most cases it will be the same day) and ship via courier or delivery.  Delivery should occur within 4 working days, If it is not received within this time then please email us at . You may need someone to receive your delivery. If no-one is there then you can rearrange this with the courier. If you wish to discuss your order or have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All our orders are packed in kraft bags and shipped in reused cardboard boxes sealed with 100% Compostable paper tape. We reuse as much of the packaging we receive as we can. Please try to pass on the packaging, reuse it or compost it


Please order and pay for your goods online Collection is from our shop in Worcester and is available from 8.30-5.30 Monday - Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.  Your order will be available for collection the next working day. If you are unable to collect on that day please contact us. If we don’t hear from you after One Week your order will be cancelled and we will refund your money. So please get in touch as soon as possible.

If you would like to use some of our donated glass jars, or would like to collect on a specific date, please let us know in the order notes (on the right-hand side of the ‘checkout’ page).

Allergen Information

We have high standards of food hygiene however our premises stock products containing peanuts, nuts, soya, gluten, wheat, celery and mustard. As a result although we sell products made from ‘Gluten Free’ Products there is a high risk or cross contamination despite our efforts to keep cross contamination to a minimum. . Therefore we do not recommend our products for those with high sensitivities to these allergens. For further information please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We intend to provide a high quality service and are proud of our high levels of positive customer feedback on both our products and our service. Please let us know if you are not happy with your order please get in touch and include photographic evidence if relevant. We will do our best to offer a full refund where applicable.
